30 Brand Touch-Point Ideas

30+ Ideas to

Create an Unforgettable

Brand Experience

Creating experiences that are unique to your brand will inspire your guests to engage with your brand in a memorable way. From creating magic moments that people come to your brand just to experience, to sharing information in a compelling and personal way that adds credibility to your brand, intentionally considering these things will not only increase your visibility, but will also covert your audience into customers, and repeat customers.

These moments don’t have to be expensive, they just have to be thoughtful, and memorable. One key tip I often do is to consider the five senses – sight, hearing, taste, touch, and smell. Keeping these senses in the back of mind helps to think of more creative and unique moments that will engage your customer.

I’ve listed a few ideas below to get your brain flowing. Brainstorm your own ideas, take inspiration from these magical moments, turn them on their head, and create moments unique to your brand!

Magic Moment Ideas

Custom Murals

The perfect social media backdrop for your customers will not only increase your brand recognition and branded space, but will allow your customers to market your business for you, increasing your brand visibility. The better their experience, and the better the backdrop, the more excited your customers will be to share about your brand.

Movie Projector moments

All hotels and short-term rentals like Airbnb come with a TV (and let’s be honest, we all carry little TV’s in our pocket these days), but for the hospitality brands that cater to feelings of nostalgia, maybe providing movie projectors, either in every room or upon request via branded cards, is the magic moment you provide. If upon request, make the moment even more special with added pillows, blankets, a branded popcorn bucket and movie snacks… you get the idea. Make it a special moment for your guests, unique to your brand!

silver platter Popsicles

I recently heard about an average hotel that provided a pool telephone to ring the front-desk and request Popsicles, which would then be delivered on a silver platter to the pool. If your brand caters to families, think about what you can do to make it special not only for the adults, but also their children.

Virtual Meetings turned Happy Hour

If your business is based online, and you’re meeting with clients or customers virtually, think about how you can still make their experience feel fully immersive and special. If your brand personality is fun, friendly, and causal, perhaps you create a branded cocktail/mocktail recipe card and share it with your client a few days before your first meeting, so you can both prepare the drink for the meeting. Even if your client doesn’t make the drink, they’ll come to the meeting with a more excited attitude, and remember the thought and effort you put into their experience.

Branded Touch-Point Ideas

Having a strong brand strategy and consistent brand across all touch-points will help your business to flourish. Consider everything your customer touches – with their hands, or through their eyes – and how you can improve that moment for them, how you can brand it, and if you can turn it into a more memorable experience.
